They started out as simple baskets of strawberries, but then I couldn't resist letting my cute mice come out and play. And then, naturally, I had to add the sparkle. . .

For some reason, I started working on some berry cards. I mean with all the other swaps, I signed up for, My muse wants to do the berries. So sign me up. They should be done tonight an in the mail tomorrow. I am pretty sure I have your address.

Berries and stone fruits are everywhere here right now. The peaches I got are hard as rocks. I hope they ripen properly....

Somnia, we got some peaches from a friends tree... they are pretty hard also, but I'm keeping them in a brown paper bag which is supposed to help ripen them. We'll see.

I didnt get my cards completed before I left Wednesday to Tucson, for chemo. We will see if I can add the finishing touches when I get home today or tomorrow. I see the mail by date is SEPT 2, so I have some time. I thought they came out nice so far.

Maybe photos tomorrow.
