Some examples: You can celebrate National Blue Jeans Day (Dec. 5), International Mountain Day (Dec. 11), Gingerbread Decorating Day (second Saturday of the month), National Cocoa Day (Dec. 13), National Candy Cane Day (Dec. 26) or Pledge of Allegiance Day (Dec. 28).
You'll find many more bizarre December holidays at Checkiday (my personal favorite), HolidayInsights or TimeandDate. If you have another reference source, feel free to use it. Choose any 3 holidays or commemorative weeks/months, and create 3 different ATCs that celebrate the weirdness.
