Vintage Valentines - Due February 5, 2015

Thanksgiving is past, and December is here.
Time to create some Vintage Valentines ATCs as you :

Veg out and digest last weeks Turkey and trimmings
Eat leftover turkey sandwiches, turkey chili, turkey pot pie
Sit in front of your computer searching for last minute deals from Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Extended Black Friday Sunday, and Cyber Monday

Post cards if you want, we all like to look at Eye Candy

Vintage Valentine- Be Mine

Ok so here is my first attempt.. I stamped on tissue paper then painted from behind, then added some hearts and some glitter too,Be Mine is embossed

Lovely card, SpottedCrow.
GREAT idea to stamp on tissue paper and paint from behind.
And with Christmas in the near future, now we all have a FAB way to recycle tissue wrapping paper.
Thanks for posting your first attempt.
Very cool.

Thanks VickiZ.. I saw somebody on Youtube do it was special paint and special tissue paper..blah blah.. but you know me I am going to make do with what I have in the craft pile ;) lol

SpottedCrow:
LOVE how you re-use, re-cycle, and rejuvenate.
You always teach me something new.
Thanks for sharing your new technique.

Tomorrow I am going to try your tissue paper and paint technique.
Thanks again for the tip.

SpottedCrow, thanks for showing me a new technique! I will give it a try. Maybe I will try it in my art journal with some of my bigger stamps. That will be a good place to practice. Part of what I love about this site is the willingness of members to share what they learn!
