The lady with the wind up key is from Hampton Art / Graphic 45.
Michaels sells a packet of unmounted stamps, including her, for $9.99 (less if you use your coupon).
The row of gears off to the right is a stamp by Inkadinkadoo.

Okay, I’ve recovered a bit from my weekend away, and finishing and mailing the taxes and have sorted the stack of envelopes with wonderuous paint chip cards.
